Okwip Terms & Conditions — Plain English for Our Members

01 General Introduction & Eligibility

Okwip (okwip.im) is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other countries. By creating an account or using okwip's services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, okwip will notify you via your registered email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on okwip, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old and online gaming must be legally permitted in your country of residence.
• Each person may only register one account — having two accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• When requested by okwip, members must provide a photo of their national ID or passport for identity verification.
• Account security is the member's own responsibility. Your password must not be shared with anyone.

After registration, okwip may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete — this is entirely for the member's own protection.

03 Bonuses & Promotions

Okwip regularly offers various bonuses. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are listed alongside the offer. The general rules are:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once and is activated with your first deposit.
• The specified wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• okwip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Betting on ineligible games may result in bonus forfeiture — check the terms to see which games qualify.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on okwip is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳300. Deposits are generally instant. For withdrawals, please keep the following in mind:

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is incomplete.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, okwip may temporarily put withdrawals on hold pending investigation.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be met first.

Okwip does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own service charges — this is outside okwip's control.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming on okwip:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — use the cash-out option for in-play betting.
• If a game or match is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• okwip reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error in a game are void and will be cancelled.
• okwip reserves the right to correct any odds errors discovered after they have been published.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okwip:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulating the bonus system or abusing bonuses in any way.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering).
• Any attempt to hack or breach the security of okwip's systems.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or the use of insider information.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Okwip may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If a member violates our terms or any suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• When a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion or account closure.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure, provided there are no restrictions in place.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

Okwip is committed to protecting members' personal data. Any information collected is used solely for operating and improving the service.

• Information may be shared with authorities when required by law.

09 Limitation of Liability

Okwip provides its services on an "as is" basis and limits its liability in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disruption or technical faults.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Losses caused by third-party service failures.

Okwip is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming — every bet is the member's own decision.

10 Changes to Terms & Their Effect

Okwip may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given. These Terms are governed by international gaming regulations.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Any disputes relating to these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation.
